 Sinéad Carroll Psychotherapist & Councellor

At times in our lives we can feel over-whelmed, that we’re not coping, when depression and anxiety can take over. We end up feeling stuck, not knowing what to do next.

Old patterns of behaviour and coping strategies, which were once effective, may now function as a stumbling block in our lives.

We feel numbed, lacking in joy, simply existing.

About Sinéad

Hello and welcome, my name is Sinéad and I am a fully qualified and IACP accredited Counsellor & Psychotherapist. I believe that in a safe setting with the attentive presence of another, each person has the innate ability to find the direction they must move in to achieve a life with more ease. To meet these unique needs I use an Integrative approach, adopting my style to the individuality of each person and their situation.

I have worked with many individuals whose presenting issues included anxiety, depression, grief, life challenges and changes, addiction, low self-esteem, sexuality, as well as many other emotional and behavioural difficulties. I have particular interest in the areas of trauma, attachment and loss.
